Pushing materials beyond convention, our booth at Architect’26 in Bangkok was conceived as an exploration of how materials can move beyond their expected boundaries. It challenged the traditional use of laminates, transforming them from surface finishes into something entirely unexpected.
Designed in collaboration with Looklen Architects, the space explored curvature and form by pushing flat laminate sheets into sculptural expressions.
Materials across our Laminate, Compact, and Module collections were thoughtfully integrated throughout the space, with small and unexpected moments intentionally woven into the experience to invite curiosity and discovery.
Extending beyond visual expression, sustainability was considered not only through material selection, but also through a system designed to repurpose the laminates used in the structure, extending the life of the materials beyond the exhibition itself.
We are thankful to everyone who visited the booth and experienced the space with us. We are also proud to share that the project was awarded First Prize for Sustainable Booth Design, a meaningful recognition of the ideas, collaboration, and intention behind the space.
